The article presents the analysis of domestic and foreign research works about history of French police. The conclusion is made that the research on history of police on a domestic level is fragmented, it is necessary to create a complete description of history of French police system, put into the social, political, legal context. The problem of periodization of French police history is not solved, the criteria of periodization are not worked out. The specifics of development of police authorities in different stages are not characterized. In general historical aspects of legal development of foreign police systems are a new research field.

The Assessment of Losses Caused By the Offenses in the Information Sphere

The article describes the importance of assessing the damage in the investigation of offenses. The breached properties of information from a variety of offenses in the information sphere are determined. It is considered the main methods of quantifying losses caused by the implementation of threats offered in methods of risk analysis. The offered method allows assessing losses caused by offences in the information sphere, leading to a breach of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.

This article describes the ways in which can be intercepted information transmitted over fiber optic channels, considered two types of offender and analyze potential actions that both types can be applied to modify the data to be protected and abductions. There are described and analyzed the basic methods of the output of information from the optic lines. Based on this analysis there are determined the most vulnerable points of the optic line, which is easier to intercept the information, and which first of all need protection.

Opposition to Explosive Devices with the Radio-Detonators

In the article it is told about the basic methods of neutralizing the explosive devices, equipped with radio-detonators, are described. Are analyzed deficiencies in the methods of those based for the detection of explosive device by specialist and his neutralization or localization of the possible consequences of explosion, complete screening or incapacitation of the instruments of fuse by powerful electromagnetic radiation, the provocation of premature wear and tear and complete radio-electronic suppression (blocking). On the basis analysis is done the conclusion that the last method is most effective under the actual conditions. Are described some forms of blokiratorov, their special features are indicated and the effectiveness of work is evaluated.

The article describes the high-tech systems of biometric identification. This technology is based on micro-vibration of bodies of live organisms and the person including. Micro-vibration visually and on sensations the person is not caught. It has the wave nature and accordingly rate, and changeable depending on a psycho-physiological condition of the person. System successfully detects criminals, terrorists and suspected behavior of people at the airports, stadiums and subway. It’s very actively used at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Russia. New technologies gives unique emotion 10print about the person and calculates levels of neuroticism, inhibition, self-regulation, energy, charming, mental balance, suspect, stress, anxiety, activity. They are successfully tested in practice. For example, since 2007 several systems successfully were tested at the airports Pulkovo (Saint Petersburg) and Domodedovo (Moscow).
